Production Facility
The facilities include 900sqm of the most sophisticated light hybrid and climate controlled growing rooms as well as a 31 room processing facility that collectively hosts over 30 permanent and highly trained staff members.
Growing Rooms
Our 300sqm climate-controlled cultivation rooms ensure that the plants are kept in constant and optimal conditions. Our standardised nutritive program, monitoring systems and highly trained dedicated staff ensure Phyto chemical consistency in every batch.
Trimming
At Maluti Green Med we hand trim and grade all cannabis. This allows us produce the highest grade of trimmed flower and ensure that all material for flower or extract is carefully inspected before moving to packing.
Cloning Chamber
Adherence to international standards including WHO GACP, EMEA GACP, and Exclusive Genetics. These certifications attest to our commitment to quality from seed to shelf, ensuring our products are safe, efficacious, and of the highest quality.
Storage Capabilities
Trimmed and graded material is moved to the packing room through the product pass through where devoted staff perform bulk packing and final tests before QA release.
